By removing extra inputs & energies such as cell phones, computers, busy streets, etc., the stress levels of the spirit are reduce. Our bodies are designed to operate in balance within nature. They are built to live in harmony while exploring the world around us to insure safety, community & wellness. Today with such busy lives & an almost unsurmontable amount of pressure to strive, succeed, be a good parent, support our families as such, we are running in the red zone too often. By getting out in Nature, taking time for ourselves & deep breathing of fresh air, our bodies are able to release 70% of the toxins we gather.
